Силатраны и Трекрезан в регенерационной терапии заболеваний печени
Резюме: В обзорной статье систематизированы данные литературы, посвящённые возможностям лечения с помощью представителей нового класса химических соединений – протатранов, поражений печени. Показано, что регенераторные свойства печени способны стимулировать силатраны – кремнеорганические эфиры триэтаноламина, имеющие пентакоординированную структуру, и трекрезан – предшественник всего класса протатранов. Показано, что применение протатранов для коррекции поражений печени стимулирует митотическую активность гепатоцитов, оказывая, таким образом, гепатопротекторное действие.

Silatrans and trekrezan in the regeneration therapy of liver diseases (review)
Summary: The review article systematizes literature data on the possibilities of treatment with the help of representatives of a new class of chemical compounds — protatranes, liver lesions. It has been shown that the regenerative properties of the liver can be stimulated by silatranes — organosilicon esters of triethanolamine having a pentacoordinated structure, and trekrezan — the precursor of the entire class of protatranes. It has been shown that the use of protatranes for the correction of liver lesions stimulates the mitotic activity of hepatocytes, thus exerting a hepatoprotective effect.
