ПАТОГЕНЕТИЧЕСКИЕ СООТНОШЕНИЯ АУТИЗМА С КАРДИОВАСКУЛЯРНЫМИ НАРУШЕНИЯМИ

Резюме: В систематизированном виде представлены сведения из литературы последних лет, освещающие раз­ личные аспекты распространения аутистических расстройств, способов их диагностики и коррекции, а также факторы риска развития заболевания. Установлено, что широкое распространение этих расстройств настойчиво требует активации разработок скрининговых методик диагностики, создания научно обоснованной и нормативно утвержденной системы маршрутизации данной категории больных, а также широкого внедрения программ помощи лицам с этой патологией. Это может служить основой для эффективной реабилитации и улучшения прогноза со­ циализации.

PATHOGENETIC RELATIONSHIPS OF AUTISM WITH CARDIOVASCULAR DISORDERS

Summary: Information from the literature of recent years is presented in a systematized form, covering various aspects of the spread of autistic disorders, methods of their diagnosis and correction, as well as risk factors for the development of the disease. It has been established that the wide spread of these disorders requires the activation of the development of screening diagnostic methods, the creation of a scientifically based and normatively approved system for routing this category of patients, as well as the widespread introduction of programs to help people with this pathology. This can serve as the basis for effective rehabilitation and improving the prognosis of socialization.
